The World Table Hockey Association’s (WTHA) new social media platform is nearing completion in time for the upcoming ice hockey and table hockey seasons.
How You Will Be Able to Listen, Watch or Interact with the WTHA While on the Go!
An increasing number of people get their news or information from others through their smartphones and mobile devices. The WTHA built its website to adjust in size. Whether our audience visits our website on their desktop computer, tablet or smartphone – they can expect the same experience.
Here are a few of the features and conveniences you will find: RSS feed, shopping, forum, news, audio and video. A website is the anchor of any social media platform. The WTHA established pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
The Table Hockey Show’s weekly podcast (online radio) complements the written word, and makes it easy to listen to that week’s news, players and events. You can download a new show each week from Applie iTunes to listen to on your smartphone or tablet while commuting to and from work or going out for a walk.
Currently, the platform is in a soft launch and test mode. We are making improvements each week.

He also staged one of the largest table hockey tournaments in the last decade held in Buffalo, New York. It boasted 64 players, five tournaments on three different manufacturer's games (Stiga, SoHo Pro and Classic, and SuperChexx AKA "bubble hockey"), with a Friday night social with guest appearance by Don Luce, Buffalo Sabres alumnus, and Adam Page, three time ParaOlympic Sled Hockey Champion.
All of which was made possible by the Buffalo-Niagara Sports Commission; Buffalo RiverWorks (venue); Innovative Concepts in Entertainment (ICE) makers of SuperChexx; Len Mecca, Rod Warriors Table Hockey; Carlo Bossio, Canada Table Hockey; and John Fayolle, Owner of SoHo Tournament Table Hockey games.
Greg founded the WTHA to help revive a dying industry, as numerous manufacturers have gone out of business over the decades, to promote table hockey as a competitive sport, and bring together the hockey community, which includes and is not limited to promoting all table hockey manufacturers, artists, craftsmen, event operators, players, collectors, and more.
All of which contributed to defining the WTHA's mission to “educate, develop, preserve and promote table hockey."
